First of all, this blog is not only directed to vegetarians - maybe you occasionally eat meat? Or you tried to be a vegetarian, but you gave it up for some reason or another? Or you just want to know something about the way those strange people, who deny themselves the best of all foods, think?
Let us forget any borders that these definitions could bring, and let me share with all of you my journey to answering the question: is vegetarian food healthy? How many people decide to do it, why and what reasons do they have? What do we have to keep in mind if we want to follow such a meatless diet? And maybe to expose some perceptions around vegetarianism as a myth, for example the 'What do you eat - only leaves and salad?'
There may be a recipe now and then, but this is generally not a recipe blog. There are many others out there who offer thousands of delicious vegetarian ideas...
The other borders that I mean, are the borders of different cuisines around the world. I love traveling and I also have lots of friends who do, too, so I sometimes hear: oh, it must be very difficult to eat vegetarian in... Indonesia? USA? Serbia? Let's check if that's true and what various vegetarian options we have when traveling around the globe :)
